Sure, you just need to upload them to the Administrative File Uploads.
After you do that what is the next step... or will they appear some where, in the menus
You'll have to make a menu. Use the Static Menus and Content option under Menus on the Admin page.
Click Make a Menu
Give it a Categorey name
Give it a lable
Click the "If this is a link, enter the URL:" option and enter the link to the file in your administrative upload setting. this is usually soemthing like <guildname>.dkpsystem.com/settings/inconceivable/files/<filename>
As long as you don't use advanced layout it will appear automatically. If you do use advanced layout just add the tag to your html file the same as the other menus but use the category name you gave the menu.
