I got everything up and running finally and its worked for a few days. guild bank items are in, character info is working. now when i start the game with the mods enabled, the game loads okay but when i come out of the load screen its frozen. any suggestions?

Sounds like you're running an older version. Download the very latest (updated about a week ago), and re-install it. It shouldn't freeze on you.
