I have a question, I loaded our guild bank's information after I associated him with my account.

On the website is there a way to have a link like "Guild Bank" and they associate items through there, or do they have to click on the banker's profile each time.

Please let me know.

Not sure what your asking but yes...there should be a link under your guild sites resources menu that says Guild Bank. so if you had 4 banks it would show them all at once

Head to Admin > Characters. And find and click "Edit" on the various Guild Bank characters you have. On that page you'll find a checkbox for "guild bank." Check that box and click "save."

When you're done, you'll see a "Guild Bank" link appear under the Resources menu.
