Ok I'm trying to creat bullet images to use on my site, but I'm clueless with this one. Can any one help.
Is the problem creating the image or putting it on your site?

There a tons of free images on the web. Most of them are buttons and bullets. I suggest goggling web buttons and looking at some. You'll probably find one you like. Adding it to the site is fairly easy and can be done with the normal layout options. If you then switch Advanced Layout when you generate the code for the files it will already have these items in it.
Admin > Layout > Bullet Image
