I was wondering why this is happening... In my guild all players are using there main toon as thier web account login, although you can see in the first example that Doralea is a "Colonel" and should also be the "Highest Ranked Toon" as well. There is nothing special about these particular accounts cause there are account this does not happen to.

Because this does not happen to all my accounts, what triggers the bug... Just curious, or is it random.
