Description: I am trying to figure out how to get this event scheduler to let me allow for overflow sign ups to be put as an alt but by selection of class not just the overflow people. I color coded it, but it appears that it automatically takes the first 10 people that sign up as approved. This is not always optimal as you may need to mix up classes a bit. If you head to Admin > Event Schedule, look for the checkbox labeled "Approval Required on Event Signups" at the top of that page. Check that box and all signups will default to that position. Conversely, you could use Role-based signups, and simply specify maxes and mins of each, and it would be much closer to your desired number without the manual approval.
