What are the effects of checking:
"This is a Suicide Kings System"
and
"Total is determined by Dividing Earned by Spent (used primarily by EPGP)"
to a dkp system?
I know what SK and EPGP are but i dont know what they do to a dkp system. Thanks!
P.S. I read the FAQ, hope i didnt miss it.
Suicide Kings:Well suicide kings should zero-out the awardee's points relative to the other members in the raid. So it's like zero-sum but takes into account who was in the raid. For example if you have 10 people in guild with DKP:
1,3,4,6,7,11,13,14,20,21
And 5 of those attend your raid with DKP as follows:
6,7,11,14,20
When the guy with 20 points wins an item the points should set to:
6,7,8,12,15
(Or something like that.)
EPGP:EPGP is similar to a zero-sum system but differs in that it doesn't actually require the system to total zero. That allows for awarding of "Effort Points" which don't have to balance to zero, which means you can award points for being on time to a raid or staying until the end of the raid.

Do what I do. When it's time to find out how something works... go play on the demo site. You can create a new DKP sytem there and mess with some points to see how members are impacted.
