HEY CHOPS..

Something is happening and I not sure why.. When I am logged into my site (wow-cfe.com) all the events I posted show correct time and day. when I log out and look they show 3am the next day .. I am not sure how to fix this.. As some of our members are seeing the correct day and time and some are not. I am sure it is something simple.. So I ask you.. help my simple mind..

You should probably set your site time to match that of the server you play on.

Admin > General Settings > Time Zone

That sets the default time for new accounts and for the site when nobody is logged in.

Individual players can then go and set their own time zone. This is what is happening when you log in. Your personal account time zone is set correct but the site itself is probably set to GMT.

It means that your site's time zone is probably off, as tkieffer suggested. Fix that, and you'll fix your problems.
