You'll want to do that in your Domain configuration at your registrar's website. If you use godaddy, the link to look for is "Total DNS Control and MX Records"
Also, I know you were interested in knowing details about this particular project. The FPS version of the site is in development and should be ready within a month or so (cross your fingers that it stays on schedule).
