First off i am sure Chops does have some form of a life outside of reading these forums.
Secondly, you come back with a snotty brat attitude 2 whole hours after your initial post.
Given how little we pay for this service and the exceptional support given (anything less than 2-3 days to me is FAST in this industry) one would thikn you would give somoene more than 2 hours to respond. Perhaps he went out to eat with his wife, went to the movies, took a nap... was working on the latest new feature in the 30 day rollout, etc.
I would also like to add that he had already solved the original poster's problem. Most support people will generally look at newer posts rather than ones they already know they have solved. Next time, try putting in a trouble ticket.
