my GM tried to create a account on www.potissimusoptimus.com
but hes not getting a email nor am i getting an alert that his account is created. so basically its like his account dosent even exist.

his account is csw-gm

i had him try to recreate his account and the site says his name already exsits but i am still not seeing it

You can manually approve the account by heading to Admin > Characters and Accounts > Website Accounts. Then finding the name and clicking "Edit" next to the name, then clicking "Manually Validate Account" on the following page.
