This is my question as well. An X-guildie has been diligently attempting to hack into the site for over 4 hours now. (a page refresh every 1-2 seconds for that length of time) He may be using a hacker program for this.
Have been using a somewhat humorous approach (well humorus to me anyway) to discourage him, but it is tiring and I can see that if he doesnt give up and go away, an IP ban is in order.
Interestingly enough...when someone sent the offender a tell asking why he was running the hacking program he denied running it,but coincidentaly it stopped cycling through at exactly that same time. Problem solved for the time being, however, an ip ban function would be good.
