Is there a way to change the message that is sent in the Application Accepted/Rejected letter that is email to the applicant? My problem is I accept an applicant and the letter sent to them has a link sending them to http://www.legionskeep.com/bb/privmsg.php?folder=inbox
but they don't have an account on the forums and wont be given one until after they have been invited into the guild. Basically it is misleading.

Another thing, I don't remember inputting that forum info anywhere on the site.

That IS wierd. One of the things I'll be adding is a custom "Application Accepted/Rejected" letter, and it'll be done soon.

As for referring them to that URL, I'm not sure how that can be possible, as like you said, that data isn't stored anywhere. It should refer them only to your website legionskeep.dkpsystem.com and that would be it.

Which are the standard emails. I'm not sure where your applicants are getting the private message thing on your forums from.
