Is it possible to setup the system to allow us to look at a Character and see how many times they signed up to a specific event?

We run a system where we expect our raiders to sign up to 50% of all raids. They may not get picked and so we do not penalise for that. The current system allows me to see the Raid Attendance by percentage but not Raid Sign Ups.
