Erhm if I understand your problem correct then its probably linked to the use of timezone.

If an account uses a different timezone then the website is, then you can experience that the character linked to that account is seeing his "raid" data as a day behind.

Misen is a bug. It's a time-zone related bug. But this is a bug slated for a fixin'

I know it is I made a post about it some time ago - I just wanted to inform him about what caused it since I haven't seen any movement in that bug

After all its a small one, and with the recent patch I take it that u have had your hands more then full
