Is it possible to set up the system so that when an application is approved, the form it sends them is already created. This would save people having to copy/paste every time we accept an applicant our "New Member Guide".

To add to that, it would be nice if it gave you a preview of what exactly it was sending to the person.

Does it already include hardcoded text and then adds what we put in or does it just send an email with what we put in the box?
