I'm trying to figure out how to create a DKP system where class items are assigned to it. They don't have an individual cost but instead cost all the player's points from that DKP pool at the time.
Basically we have two pools. One for general items and one for class tier armor. The general items DKP is fine. It's a standard system, but for the class items players earn points fairly normally, but when they win an item (highest point player gets class item) their points are zeroed out and they start over.
How do I get something like that working on dkpsystem.com?
I use a similar system. It is called a SpendAll. Unlike you, we use 3 pools. One to manage Armor(Class specicfic or not) One for weapons and One for Misc(trinkets, rings, shields, etc...)
We award 1 point per boss kill, which is 1 point per pool. Highest dkp wins the item and their dkp for that pool is zeroed out.
It is cool to hear that Chops will try to have the spend all feature ready for us soon =) Now all that is needed is the ability to upload a raid to multiple databases at once =)
I have already talked with Chops about this and with patience he will have something ready for us soon =)
