Oh, ya know what, I disabled the Ranks capability from the Non-Uber-Admins because of problems it was causing with guild leaders' getting their ranks toasted by people who didn't know what they were doing.

Gotcha, is it configureable to let lower (like the top 3) ranks all get access to this feature?
