Using the same process as the GRSS tool, how about a sign-up tool and waitlist mod.
Basically it would work as follows.
Create an RAID event on the website. People sign-up, then before the RAID the client is ran and downloads the attendance data.
Then ingame, the RAID leader can have a window of people that are signed up to attend, it can be used to invite them to the raid, in addition, you could have a system like whispercast where people can query to see the raid details, get on the waitlist, or remove themselves if they no longer can attend.
Just a though...
I am hearing more and more from my people as to why they have to use the website, so anything that bridges both uses, is important.
