We're leaing very heavily at moving to an item cost sytem where items are priced based on stats +/- s. Is there any thought to building some support into the system for this? Or would it be possible or even simpler to build us a loot importer. We can do all the calculations in excel and thus we end up with an excel sheet of Item Name | Price. Making a wholesale change like this means a lot of editing

I would be interested in seeing how you determine the prices using your system.

It's still in discussion but this was worked up by one of our officers.

Honestly, I wouldn't worry about those rules for now, because BC is changing a lot of the dynamics of those items.
OhNoes I'm behind on reading apparently.

There is a MOD on Curse Gamming web site and download this >> Here is a screen shot of what it will look like when an item drops, on the item pop up will be the dkp value at the bottom
That would be an awesome idea, this way we would know what the drops could possibly be prior to the run. Is there a way to get a list of what drops in what Raids??

You can already initialize the loot tables for every instance. All bosses loot tables are listed on several sites.

I guess what I am saying is using this mods method for determining the DKP for items. Have it dump the info a file.
RAID Zone
Name of Item Primary and Seconday Class that can use it DKP Cost

How do you "Initialize" the loot tables?
Toddler
Its on your admin menu under DKP. there is a link called Items right between Raid Attendance and Items Recieved about half way down the list. At the top of the page is a link that says Initialize items from a WOW Zone.

Okay... So to answer my question, is there a way to go in WoW and create this dump using their weights in the mod on all the items of a zone?
It seems you can only do them one at a time... that is painful
