We've had some problems with some folks coming into our chat and causing problems. Would it be possible to have a setting that allowed only members to use it?

I tried setting the access to initiate and then member...but in both instances "non-member" (public) rank can still get into our live chat. I deleted the user and he was able to get back in with another user account he created. In all cases the user account was set to non-member and the Live Chat was restricted to a higher level.

Please help...this is becoming very annoying having unwanted people in there.

Otherwise a ban by IP feature would be great.
