From a support post or suggestion post, allow the post to turn into a defect or a duplicate of an existing defect.

Allow members of the dkpsystem to vote on the priority of the defect for 3 days
The severity of the defect should be a static set of rules

Fix the defects in priority/severity order

I'm sure you know the basics of what I'm talking about.

I've actually thought about making some sort of ticket system.

So maybe when we post a suggestion or support thread from now on we should post them as a poll to ask how many others would like to see tis feature (suggestion posts) or how many others are experiencing the same issue (support posts).
