So tasks on our site are split among different people. The GM and his main officer run the banks, a couple of other offices handle applications, and I do most of the Site Admin things like approving accounts and Characters. Just about all the officers handle DKP requests. The problem is this. I keep the alert box minimized. This means everyday I have to open the Alert Box and make sure nothing new is there that needs my attention. Is it possible that you can add some functionality to have it maximize again if there is a new alert or some kind of Ack system. I get an alert but am not the one that needs to act upon it. I Acknowledge the alert and minimize the alert window. A new unacknowledged alert comes in and forces the box to maximize so that I can see the new alerts without having to remember to check it manually.
