The mouse over tool tips for this in the Quick Edit bar are missing something. They both only say "Insert a"

Sorry to be such a noob, but what purpose are these new items intended to serve?

If you notice they are both links. Say your at work and some posted a not so appropriate picture. NSFW (Not Safe For Work) would save you but from having the image just pop right up. So your warning them that this my not be appropriate for your work place.

The Spoiler is so that if your posting something and giving a way a big secret. Maybe you got to see a sneak preview of a new movie that won't be out for a month and you just can't help but reveal the ending to your guild mates. The Spoiler tag is a way to hide it unless they click the link to see it. Thus your telling everyone up front that it is a spoiler.

Well, Spoiler is something like for example:

"So, I went to go see movie X last night, (click to show spoiler)and OH MAN, I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT JOE BLOW GOT KILLED IN THE END"

And for NSFW, that's for if your members decide to post some images, links, or stories which could get you fired for looking at while at work. Like if someone posted a picture of Tubgirl or Goatse, you definitely want to wrap NSFW around that.
