I had a problem with some of my members not being able to schedule events. I gave everyone access to creating events but there is no "admin" option for them to use to create one. What do I tell them to do so that they can schedule their own events? I'm terribly sorry if this is answered somewhere else but I am not great with computers.

Thanks for any help.
You have to give everyone access to the Admin Menu. Then they will get Admin on their main menus and will have an option to create events.

dont give everyone admin access that could be bad. just go to feature access and for event scheduling change the rank to member

Yes but you still have to give them access to the Admin Menu or they will not see the link to schedule the events. Giving them the admin menu will only allow them to see what they have access to in that menu. Thus if you give them the ability to Schedule Events then that is all they will see.
Admin > Feature Access > schedule Raid Schedule Admin > Feature Access > menu Administration Menu

Correct. Giving them access to the Admin menu only enables the Admin link. All the functionality of the Admin menu itself is actually determined by the rest of the options in Feature Access.
I have a few real life friends in the guild and they showed me what they see on the admin screen. It was nothing to be worried about, imo, anyway. Plus, it saves me from having to deal with the complaints about lack of groups.

Yeah...being used to doing some admin work you learn to always keep a your main account and a dummy account. The dummy account is one you can use to test all the different feature. Making it any rank in the system and seeing what the affects are of privilege changes or being able to try to reproduce issues that people bring to you.
