Is it possible to direct all the guild apps to a different specified thread tag?

Yep.

Head to Admin and go here



then here



And change it to whichever tag you'd like to use.

Those, you'll have to change manuually, I'm afraid, but it doesn't look like there are too many on Steakhouses's site.
