I am sorry to ask this, i have already read the others and none answered my question.

We pay for a totally seperate acount for our guild bank. We have 9 characters that hold all the contents of our things.. is there a way to get all the items under one (website) Character nambed guild bank? or do i have to have a seperate character made up for every character i have on the actual acount?

Not yet, but there are some changes to the Guild Bank System coming wihin a week that will pretty effectively solve your problems.
