I have my vent status set up according to the faq, i can see the name of my server but it doesn't show any of the channels or who is on? how can I fix this?

I just checked to see what your server is responding with, and unfortunately, the server itself is only responding to the queries with that.

That means that your host needs to reconfigure it in order to retrieve detailed vent status info.

Keep in mind, this test was performed using Ventrilo's official "ventrilo_status" program for linux.
