Is there a way to remove from the top of the page The Register trade mark ect... and if not is it possible to move it to lower part of the page?

The Copyright notice is displayed immediately below the content. On your first page (the news page) you have one small item. So once you start adding News notifications, the copyright notice will shift downward.
