Thinking about it. Here is the nice thing about the way Chops has the forums and stuff coded. If you just link a picture it will render it.

So if you upload your files to the Administrative upload section of your site then you can just paste the url to the file in your post and look at that instant custom smiley. Since you attached them to the page I just used the patch the files attached to this thread.
