I'm having probs with the roster for some reason. It only happens with some people. They will creat an account. I will approve it. They make the Character. I change the account access to "Member". NOOW in all theory they should appear on the Roster BUT they dont. They even let me check there account cause I had doubts but....everything they did was fine and they still arent on the Roster. What's not happening that should be. Characters name is: Pyrohima.

Apparently, he's marked as an Alt. He will show up on the Roster if you select "Mains and Alts," but the default is "Mains Only."

If you go to Characters and Roster, you can modify change the status of the character from alt to main.
