you would generally need to have moderation privs on that thread tag.

Its a private thread tag with a bunch of people able to read it. I guess that does not fall in the moderation category.

The Private Thread tags can only be moderated by the owner of the private thread tag.

if there was a private thread tag..with everyone allowed to read it and it turned into a huge flame war and now you just want it stifled.how would a GM stop it?
