Description: One of our raid leaders is having trouble logging into his account. I had fixed his account once. He had the problem again and I deleted his login & he created a new one, worked up untill today I asked him if he is logging out or staying connected & trying to log in while he still technically connected. This is his current situation as he tells me: He logs off his desk top but his laptop is always on. I have checked his ranks to make sure there is any problem, could not find any. Any advice would be appreciated!

What URL is he using to log into the site? Do you have a domain with URL masking enabled?

Also, what browser does he use?

I actually Have two people that are having an issue with logging into site.

One of them uses Firefox & the other uses IE7. the URl is twdkpsystem.com.

I am not familiar with URl masking?
