If you were to go to your Application settings, and save the page, it'll change all the Applications to the selected thread tag. to prevent what you mentioned, we'd have to add an option to allow the user to state if they wish it should or should not change the thread tags of existing applications.
Okay...so basically what happened is, the guild master updated the questionnaire for new applicants. When he made that change, it put every application under New Applications all over again.
Would this option you're talking about prevent that from happening the next time we decide to update our questionnaire? If so, I would *love* that option.

Yes, it would prevent it. It would ask something to the effect of "Would you like to change all previous applications to the selected thread tag?"
